Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn
In original condition
In original packaging
Free of damage, scratches, or signs of use
Items that show wear or have been altered, damaged, or exposed to moisture or chemicals may not be eligible.
The following cannot be returned:
Worn or used items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you need a different length, size, or product, we are happy to help.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, AV Chainz will replace it at no cost after reviewing your claim.

A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For approved exchanges, AV Chainz will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
