Warranty Policy

At AV Chainz, we stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. All products come with a 30-Day Warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. If your chain arrives with an issue, we will make it right.


What Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Broken or faulty clasps

  • Link defects or structural issues

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damage that occurs before the item reaches you

If any of the above applies, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or fading from daily use

  • Damage caused by accidents or improper handling

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Exposure to chemicals, pools, or harsh cleaning products

  • Tarnishing caused by lotions, sweat, or moisture (normal for plated jewelry)

Warranty Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a warranty claim.
Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of what happened

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.


Replacement Policy

If the warranty claim is approved, AV Chainz will:

  • Replace the item with the same product

  • Or, if unavailable, offer a product of equal value

  • Cover the shipping cost for the replacement
